The ARQUEOWEB consists of a new section of HÉLADE, which aims to present another possibility to develop researches about ancient societies by using the web.  Created with the purpose of integrating researchers, scholars and the very most centres of research (from Brazil and abroad), the ARQUEOWEB intends to make available on the net the archaeological documentation collected by researchers dedicated to the study of Antiquity.

With archives organized by themes, in the first moment, the Arqueoweb brings researches (dissertations and theses) and archaeological remains which are related to burial and funerals, either because they are the central object f study, or due to the archaeological context of the documents.
